- In a bowl, combine all burger ingredients except the Camembert.
- Make eight large, thin patties and stack them two by two, inserting a slice of Camembert in between. Set aside.
- Add the herbs to the warm White Wine Suprême Sauce, then season and set aside, keeping warm.
- Grill the turkey burgers on the barbecue for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides, or until meat is cooked.
